Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Wonderful apartment with 1800 sqft. There are no other apts in area that have such wonderful space. Outside appearance is average to below but inside floorplan is like a home. 2BDRM, DEN, 2Bth. Larger than most homes that could be rented for similar price.
Many residents have been at Heritage for many years. Your a short-timer if you have only been at Heritage Hills for less than 10 years.
Staff is attentive but over the past few years the ownership is not quite as attentive. That appears to be corrected as of this date as outside painting etc. is taking place.
