Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We lived in these apartments for 15 long months until our lease was up. The spaciousness is appealing, but don't be fooled by that. We paid $745 a month to deal with a community dryer that took $2 to dry a normal load of clothes b/c it wouldn't dry the first time. The countertops were so cheap that leaving a drop of toothpaste on it would stain it permanently. The worst part was the plumbing. The water would alternate from nice warm water for a shower or sink,then FREEZING water. We had "management" fix the water 2x and it still does the same thing. Heritage Hills management is the worst I've ever encountered. Don't waste your rent here.
