Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
While I lived there, I had my car broken into twice while parked in a carport overnight. Though there was a courtesy cop living on the grounds, don't be fooled into thinking you are safe because you are in JoCo and a courtesy cop lives on the grounds! He pays no rent and very little is asked of him. Also, while I was living there, the maintenance man was dealing drugs from his apartment. Another incident happened that is too creepy to even mention here. There is a BIG difference between feeling safe and actually being safe.
