Not a bad place at all

Frequently, apartments are either great looking on the outside but lousy on the inside or lousy on the outside but great on the inside. Heritage Hills is another that doesn't look that great on the outside, but once you check out the apartments they're GREAT.
I rent a 2 BR/2 BA that used to be a 3 BR until a wall between two BR's was taken out. 1,800 sq. ft and we got it for $800 a month on a special in the summer of 2005. There's nowhere else I could live around here, this close to the Plaza, Downtown, etc. and have this big a place.
Maintenance requests are taken care of fairly quickly and management has been nothing but great so far. The parties thrown by the office are appreciated and nice, as is the pool. Love the pool, try finding a pool with a deep end like this at any other apartment complex anymore.
I do wish the interiors of the apartments had a color besides white but we're allowed to pain too, so I could change it if I wanted to. Our kitchen has brand new appliances and the utilities have all worked great.
