Huge floor plan and that is all

I live in a three bedroom that is huge (1700 sq ft). It is nice and open. Other than that, the clubhouse is gross and old. The swimming pool is okay, but the actual halls of the building are dirty and old. They are creaky and I can even hear my neighbors pee if I am in the bathroom at the same time. The construction is terrible and it takes forever for maintenance to fix something...if they even decide to! And within 3 months of living there, there were reports of break-ins.
