Husband and I moved in in April 2005. Loved it here for the first year. Now it sucks. They had to fix our A/C three times this summer. Once I was told by some new office witch that since the forecast didn't predict over 85 that day, A/C wasn't a priority. I told her to come into my 3rd floor, westward facing apartment with a thermometer around 4:30. Guess what---98 degrees. Now...our heat was broken for 3 days recently before they came to fix it. You cannot leave people without heat for 3 days when the temperatures are 40 or lower at night. It's not right. We're buying a house. I would love to stay here, but they don't care about residents at all. Maybe if they did, half of the units in my building wouldn't be vacant. Hmmm....puzzler.
