DO NOT live here...

As a new renter I was not informed that, since I had a 3 month lease, I only had two days after signing my lease to let them know if I was renewing it (which it is pretty obvious that I would not be if I was only staying there 3 months), then I was charged for 2 months extra rent and a $375 re-letting fee. Also, I think I saw the maintenance crew 3 times the entire time I was living there. I kept all my doors and windows shut, but I would still wake up to wasps and other insects flying around my room (infestation anyone').

I'm a resident and I saw this posting, so I checked my lease. It is clearly stated in the lease that 60 day notice is required to move out, so if you weren't informed, it's only because you didn't read what you signed.

Wow you can tell it was an office staff that responded. The tenant only wanted a THREE MONTH LEASE. That should tell you that they really don???t want to stay longer than that. So why should they give you notice, they should have to give you notice if they want to stay longer.

I think that the reviews of this apartment is flooded with management response! I do not know a single person who has had a good expenience here! Leslie is the WORST manager and needs a reality check!
