These apartments are old, they will have problems, but the thing is, where is maintenance. There is no mainetenance in this apartment, does the manager care' no she does not!!! You will like the apartment, you will get in, but, believe me, and I mean I really meant it, I liked the apartments, but you will have things break down and nobody to fix them. From water, to airconditioner to heater to leaks to bugs all over, AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I WILL POST some of when I last submitted a work order for my problems, they are still unresolved. The manager would say: if you sue me, I will delay it more, we do not have maintenance, it is first comes first serve, but we are talking here about weeks.

IMAGINE WEEKS WITH NO HEATER IN JANUARY AND YOU HAVE A CHILD, IMAGINE NO AIRCONDITIONER FOR WEEKS IN AUGUST WHEN IT IS 95 OUTTHERE AND YOU ARE TIRED FROM WORK. IMAGINE NO WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER ALL DAY LONG. IT HAPPENED TO ME, I DID NOT HAVE TO IMAGINE IT, FOR WEEKS TO COUNT.

This management should be replaced.
LESLIE, YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS, I WILL JUST HAVE TO SAY THE TRUTH. IT WILL NOT BE ONLY IN HERE..... UNTIL I GET TAKEN CARE OF AS A CUSTOMER. UNTIL EVERBODY GETS TAKEN CARE OFF.

We should start a class-action suit. I know there are several tenants that are in unfit living conditions.

whats going on guys, from the websites (move.com,rent.com,etc.) this place had me hooked but judging from the tenants themselfs i really changed my mind. im in california right now and plan on moving down there soon, is there an apt. that you would recomend?? thx ~Robert

Try Neiman Square. It's close by and has gotten great reviews. I haven't lived there, but have toured the property twice. They are very honest and helpful.
