This is not the property the management will insist "You Matter!" It is not home, nor can you make it "feel" like it is a well-run community. Maintenance does not exist, the lease will state "We will get to it within 48 hours" but truth is they do not. Manager will "forget" a request has been made. This can lead to both bathrooms being unusable and you will have to find a neighbor willing to let you use their shower at 5am. The system for collecting utilities is insane! A single person will pay the same as a family of three living in a 2Bedroom/2Bath apartment. FYI: Management will not let you see the actual charges for water, sewer or trash in order for you to verify your "fair" portion but assign this to an outside company to process and you WILL receive an inflated bill, that is the only thing this complex can assure you. Having it in writing does not matter to these people. Noise control does not exist and must be dealt with by Mission Police to monitor. Keep looking down the road for a complex that will pay the utilities and good luck in your search!

This sounds like a property manager from the Falls down the street! To bad their place is horrible and they are rude when you come in to rent! True Story!!
