I lived there for 11 months, my lease ends by end of February.
Look, this is an overall good apartment. Security is good, there is an on site security officer who is always watching the area, the staff are helpful. I did have a problem with my air conditioner when it was like a 96 outside, they took a week to replace it with a new one,and i got a gift from them because of my wait, but once it got replaced, with a new one, no problems.

I also had a little (very little) water coming off the sealing, (a one point drop) the got it fixed. Other than that, no problems. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful, the area is hilly and has a lot of nature, very nice scenery specially when watching the snow covering all the hills. The apartment public area is fantastic, it is amazing, it looks like a cafeteria, the swimming pool is heated. Apartments are at least 850 sq ft. I had to move to Houston TX unfortunately because of a good job (well fortunately).

Anyway, these are not highly priced apartments, they are in the upper middle, they are kinda old but very renovated, they have problems sometimes, but they really really look good from the inside out. You get a free fire place with free gas heat. There are goods and very few negatives, I give it a 4 star because of the space, the nature, and the looks and security, i take 1 star off because you might have a total of 5-7 days of minor problems fixing stuff (if you are very unlucky like me).

People talk bad about it when they get upset, that's all, the rest of the happy residents are too busy leaving comments. There is also a paved way to run for like 2 miles, again, very scenic walk.

You have errors. I never see any security guards. Heat is electrical.

Well, in my apartment it is Gas and it is free. BTW, I moved back in! Stupid Economy it is taking me all over the Nation following my career... I don't see any security guards anymore either, so i would agree with that...
