This place needs to just slide on down the hill and into the river. Drive around back and check out the parking lot--that alone speaks volumes for the management at this place. Cars on cinder block, wheels missing, broken windows, etc. The apartments are in disrepair and attract people who tend to deal drugs, stay up all night partying, etc. For the money, I'd choose Foxfire or an equivilent apartment just on up Foxridge Drive.
