I lived at the Falls from August, 2001 to August, 2002. There were some problems. One of the most frustrating things was that the dryers ate our money. It would take three to four times through the dryer for a medium size load to dry. The noise was not horrible. We had to call the police on someone below us once, but then it stopped. The fire alarms were a pain. They went off four times in the middle of the night in one year and it was always a false alarm and took several hours to stop it. It was nice having a tanning bed and gym on site. The maintainance was great! They always fixed things right away and were very polite. I can't say the same for the office staff. I thought that overall, they were pretty rude. It is not a horrible place to stay. The rent is a little hight, but it's Johnson County. The parking was not very good. Especially when they tried to redo the lot. I would say that The Falls is average.
