This place is very very dangerous, dirty ( it smells sewage here !! ) and the way apartment staff treats tenants is like the way one treats unwanted intruders !! Your complaints - even maintenance requests - are argued upon most of the time, before being listened. If somebody wants to know what lack of courtesy and professionalism means, come talk to our office staff in "The Falls" and get insulted. When you walk away after the third or fourth request for maintenance for the same basic problem, you can hear the ladies laughing at you from behind !!

You know there is nobody here to listen to your complaints and the moment you sign the lease you are trapped for the rest of the lease period. I have a lease signed but i use this apartment for just the purpose of my address untill my lease expires. I am renting another apartment so that i can live safely !! I totally gave up after requesting maintenance several times in vain. And I am sure I am not the only one, I talked to atleast two other tenants who cant wait for their lease to be up. Before anything else it is criminals and cops all the time here !! I made a terrible mistake by signing my lease here !!
