I've been living here for 8 months and I haven't had a single complaint. Apartments are very clean and comfortable. Facilities are great. Staff is very responsive to needs. Residents are very friendly. I play 2 on 2, or 3 on 3 basketball all the time with different people of whom are all very nice and yes normal, not creepy like someone else wrote. I haven't had my car broken into nor have I seen trash or glass in the parking lot. Parking is great compared to most apartment complexes. I hardly hear any noise from neighbors.
These people that wrote these other reviews must either have the worst luck in the world or got evicted for who knows what.
