The Falls is an absolute joke! I lived there tooo long. I lived in every model they have because I kept screwing myself in leases. It is a complete rip off. They find ANYTHING to get your money.The girls in the front office are condescending and if I heard "HUN" one more time.....Oh, and we cannot forget the constant crime and police visits due to theft,vandalism, and shootings! I really do not know how they even get away with charging as much as they do for rent and how it is still considered in Johnson County. I think ITS ON ITS WAY TO THE PROJECTS MAYBE MOVE IT TO the other side of I-35 to WYANDOTTE COUNTY?!
Do yourself a favor look somewhere else!
