First of all, after reading the overall ratings one can pretty much take the consensus that the Falls is a pathetic place to live. The positive ratings are obviously written up by management on a mercy mission to cover up the fallacy and GET YOUR MONEY! Be very cautious and regrettful if you sign a lease. I know personally the buddy system works when walking through the halls and lock your doors at all times. Perverts and peepingtoms are prone to be seen, and especially if you are a single white female invest in some pepper spray.
