I have lived at the falls for 2 years and will be moving out as soon as my lease is up due to the mice issue that is going on there. I have a very clean apartment and am still having problems with mice.

Other than the mice issue I have been satisfied with living there. The office staff has been really friendly and helpful. The maintenance people do a good job. There has also been an issue with cars being broken into but the staff quickly installed 24 hour vidoe survalliance.

My only complaint is the mice infestation which nothing is being done about. I do not recommend this place for that reason.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU! I moved into here in August 05 and HATE IT. I have just noticed the mice starting to come into my apartment and the management doesn't seem to care. I can't wait until my lease is up. Along with the mice I have had cockroaches (I've lived in several different places- houses, trailers, apts and NEVER had one cockroach) and the day I signed the lease and started moving stuff in, there were a couple dead roaches on the bathroom floor and its been getting worse. I hate this place. The office staff sucks- they just say "eww, that's not good" when you complain about vermin, the apts suck, the hallways smell and are always dirty; I would NEVER recommend this place to friends, let alone enemies. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

My car was broken into and stolen. All they could saw was "Awww, that's not good!" So know that they took their sweet time in installing anything. I would say someone in the office staff had a car broken in to.
