I have lived in The Falls Apts for almost two years. I don't really know anyone in the apartment complex and I don't think it is wise to anyway. I will be perfectly honest...The Falls is very "WT." The only reason that I still live there is due to the fact that I only pay 460 dollars a month, all bills paid. I don't really know of any other place in Johnson County that you can rent for that cheap, besides living in section 8 or subsidised housing.
I also have only had to call the maitinence people twice in the whole time I lived there. Once for a mouse..and the other time my a/c was leaking into my apartment.
I would have to say that every once in a while I can hear music playing from somewhere in the complex, but really...its a place where over 500 people live, there is gonna be some background noise.
My overall view on the place would have to be that it isn't all that bad of a place to live. I keep to myself and try to avoid eye contact with anyone; but to be honest if I could afford to live somewhere else, I probably would...or if my credit was better..:-)
