I moved in recently and was sent a statement of account. They overcharged me for rent and have not addressed it. they charge $60/mo for water for 1 person who usually is in the apt. for showering or sleeping. then they won't produce the water bill for examination. (water is paid to apt. )Don't sign here unless you can't afford anywhere else
