Falls Apartments

I moved into the Falls because I needed find a apt fast. The place isn't so bad if you are trash and have no standards. There are parties every night, drunks smoking in the hall. I had the pleasure of living across the hall from the couple that HATED each other. and instead of fighting in their apartment, the always brought it out in the hall. I have a very sweet dog. On several occasions, I had people stop me and threatening to call the cops because my dog was close to biting them. Very RUUUUDE people with no respect all over the place.

I had bugs and mice. I had to beat the guy next door to the shower every morning if I wanted hot water.

If you are even a second late on rent, they slap you with a ridiculous amount of fines.

I actually was summons by the court because they switched managers, and had no record of me paying rent for a month!! ME? It was ridiculous.

The kitchen is small. The oven didn't work.

Fire alarms going off all the time.

Trashy people ALWAYS lurking in the outside door ways.

I could go on for hours.
