I recommend living at the falls if your intention is to stay 6 mo. to a year. Or, if you are a college student or single person. In my experience, The Falls is not family friendly. In the 3 years and 11 months that my wife and I have lived there, we have experienced 3 humiliating issues where the staff has made a mistake regarding our account, and we have had the burden of proof to carry the issue through the office and once even to the corporate level. It's like living in a place where those annoying telemarketers are running the show - you know - the ones that can't listen to reason and read from a script of trained responses' Anyway, I have seen the manager of the facility change 3 times, and the business manager change 4 times in my time here. Each one gives me the patented "I have never made a mistake in all my years here" whenever we have a problem. I would just like a little more of a service oriented atmosphere for a change. The best example is the last one where the business manager who had only been in her job for 5 weeks issued an eviction notice which we never even recieved for a check that we DID submit! I'll spare you the details, just take my word that they don't care for people the way I wish they would.
