Unless you're a masochist and you enjoy going home to horrific bug problems, Falls Staff problems, and maintenance problems. The place isn't just old, it's broken. It's a broken complex that needs to be burned down and re-done.

Horrific, don't live here.

This apartment complex has actually caught on fire about 3 times. The last huge fire (in 1996, I believe) destroyed about 2/3rds of the place and it had to be rebuilt. It still hasn't done any good. They should have just quit while they were ahead and abandoned the place. Also, I found out that when this comlex was initially built it was a "Swingers Club" complex back in it's heyday (1970's). It used to be called the Unicorn Club Apartments before it was Whispering Falls and now it's just The Falls. It just plain sucks. Oh, and a dead guy was found in an apartment on the 2nd floor and he had been dead for days and was discovered by maintenance after a report of a stench stronger than the usual stench that already clouds this place 24/7! GROSS!!!
