There are a lot of apartments here and I have seen a ton of people come and go, I choose to stay. The Falls is not a fancy place, but it is nice. I don't have any problems with bugs, things breaking or the staff. Everyone is different so I suggest you come look for yourself.

uh have you happened to see the people there walking around..all i can say i am happy to be gone..when i think of that I want to run screaming..so i try NOT to think of it..The only thing I suggest is not taking this poster seriously. Seriously. Unless you want to take the chance of your apartment flooding..yes it could happen..2 apartments down the hall from mine were filling up with water because a pipe busted and it took over an hour for them to get it turned off..it was aimed right at their apartment. I wish you luck Poster of settling for "not perfect"
