When my husband and I first moved to The Falls it seemed like a decent place to live. However, moving in is a huge pain in the neck. Let alone walking 3 flights of stairs and half a mile to get to your apartment to do your laundry and bring groceries in. They uped the prices on the tiny washers and dryers to $1.75 a LOAD. The hallways are digusting. There's dog crap, vomit, pee, trash etc. throughtout the hallways. The majority of people in our hallway are loud and annoying. The staff is rude and obnoxious. They are not friendly and only want your money. They were nice to my husband when we first moved in but after they got our deposit (which was astronomicall) they could careless about our needs. Each maintenance problem we have had has been properly fixed in a timely manner. However, a repair that we paid for for damage that we accidentally caused has not been fixed and we were told it probably wouldn't be fixed until we moved out. All utilities paid for is a joke. They charged us for using over $73 a month which is a joke because we live in a tiny 1 br. They charge for everything and expect it paid for immediately if not then they will charge obscene late charge. Overall I run like the devil himself is behind you from this place.
