I recently called The Falls to get a studio apartment. I was very excited to decorate and have my own space. I put a $200 deposit down because they gave me the whole shpeel about "locking in" at this "low" rate, and that there were very few available...so like a dummy, I gave them the deposit....They made everything sound so good, security camera's, ammeneties, blah blah blah....said that all utilities were included and that I would pay the same amt every month..I decided to check out this site to see what others said since I have been in ------ places before and DON'T want to be screwed over again. They will not return my deposet b/c they said they had to "take it off the market"...even though people are still living in it until later this month....Maybe they can all go have drinks at a bar on me! Thanks a lot for taking my money!!! I am so glad I read these reviews...saved me from another headache!!!

i am one of those people you are thanking..you put 200 deposit on a studio?? that in its self is crazy but i was not thinking obviously and payed 150 when i got in with them knowing that "policy was that you don't get deposit back on a studio" this just shows the dishonesty and kind of business they are running.. I cant imagine this "low" price they are giving to you when you are paying a ridiculous deposit on a studio..the all utilties payed is bs..there is no central air/heat and so the "fan" which blows airconditioning, heating does not use much power therefor they can claim that its all utilities paid but in fact they are setting the rate higher..the all utilities payed only equals to about 58$ i was told so you might in fact safe money not doing the all utilities payed..seriously how much light are you going to use in a dinky room? the place is a rats nest..literally..just be happy that you were informed before you wasted anymore money on them..god knows I did. that place can burn to the ground..rat hole roach motel ..
