I live at The Falls, and in all honesty, the place is nothing close to what it appears. The apartment is what everyone says it is, which is filthy and dishonest. There is a constant roach problems, along with other bugs. And i can say this in confidence because my apartment is empty, all i have is furniture. I don't stay there, but when i come home i find on average 3 bugs that have crawled out of somewhere and died. There is an infestation of ants in the computer room. I also want people to know that the policy as far as how they go about late fees and evictions is HIGHLY unfair. The cost of the fees are hardly likely for someone who may have financial issues to pay. Also, my clothes were thrown away after i had left them in the laundry room for abut 20 min too long. I asked one of the staff if they can look on the videos from the survalence cameras, and i was told that the really aren't any camera in the wings, only in the main laundry room. Now what if someone where to get attacked by someone, their fake camera hanging on the walls are useless. I really think the camera holders are put there just so they don't get fined by the city. That to me is a crime in itself. The Falls can be better, with a COMPLETE new staff (including maintence). But until then, they will continue to suck.

First let me say, i still live here. Yes, the maintenace do show up within 24 hours, but they don't fix anything, and in my experience with them, what they fix on my apt last for about a week or two then breaks down again. These apts are so cheap when it comes to fixing things. Second, I haven't heard anyone who lives here actually liking it here. When i first moved in my next door neighbor welcomed me by telling me not to stay. Third, everytime i go to pick up a package or to let them know about something wrong in my apt i see people there cmplaining not thanking them. I on't complain anymore, it's worthless and i'm just so sick and tired of the rudeness of staff, that i just go on with my business, take pics of everything that's happened, and wait til my lease is up in April to move out. Complaining to them is like complaining to the cockroaches here. They hear you but ignore you.

Talk about unfair, abusive Fee's.... How about them trying to charge almost $400 for being a week's late on rent. The reason it was late was mostly The Falls fault too, they did not give me the bill in time. $400 for a week late in rent - not only is that fee extremely excessive, my attorney said that there is no way that the fee would hold up in court. DON'T PAY THEIR RIDICULOUS FEES THEY TRY TO FORCE ON YOU - TELL THEM TO F OFF.
