I've lived here for a year and though my apt was great and the rent was ok and having a garage was excellent, I cannot say my experience was perfect. Choose your neighbors carefully. They may be crazy, (and I mean certifiable)They may be loud, they may be just plain asses. But that's about as good as neighbors get here. Most seem to think neighborliness means I'll do whatever I want and my neighbors will put up with it and that makes them neighborly. There are a lot of young people here who are not considerate of the people who live in the next apt. So if you don't mind living in a poorly kept dorm room go right ahead and rent from these people. The office staff is very nice, and always tries to help. The maintenance staff seems to be good too, but they must need a bigger staff cause this place is filthy. If you want to know where you might live, just drive through the parking lot. See those dead cars' See that cracked and peeling asphalt' Now do you get it' Basically it's the projects of Mission.
