It's a roof over your head...ROFL! What a ringing endorsement that is! I so enjoy reading these reviews. No one has EVER said what a stellar and wonderful place this is to live. "It's ok." is about the best anyone can do. See! They know where they're living. I was there a year as well, and had I thought it possible to leave before the lease was up I'd have done it, but I was certain those witches in the office would have raked me over the coals if I'd even brought up the notion of leaving early.

I was particularly fond of the neighbors who played video games at 2am so loud it woke me up, and then told me...well, you can use you imagination on that one. I also loved the guy above me who for ten minutes every saturday morning was...ell let's say he was busy and let it go at that. ALL his neighbors got a good laugh on Saturday mornings. I also loved the downstairs neighbors who were never, somehow, able to spend more than three hours in the same room together without winding up in a knock drag out fight. I called the cops so many times when I lived there they probably recognized my number when it came up. The offices response' "Well, if you have any further trouble you might want to call the police."

I suppose with the caliber of tenant they attract they're treating them appropriately, but i's pretty hard to take when you're stuck in a lease in that hellhole.

I also think it notable that I am still monitoring and reviewing on this site over a year after I left The Falls. Wouldn't you think I'd have chosen to ignore it if I thought it were even a remotely worthwhile place to live'

Right on the place is for those who cannot find another place that will allow them in
