accuse me of being management, I don't care. I first moved to the falls when I was starting school at JUCO after living in a true hell hole in Topeka. Let me tell you what a true hell hole is. In my apartment in Topeka I had prostitutes walking outisde my apartment all hours of the night, and they were not nicely dressed ones, these were hookers that would suck your piece for an 8 ball. Drive by shootings every night, luckily I lived on the third floor. I was standing outside my apartment one evening when two guys ran up on me and two of my friends, held a gun to my head and demanded all my money. My friend who refused was pistol whipped and the gun went off and shot him in the shoulder. Scariest night of my life, and the roaches in that place were as big as grasshoppers, disgusting. I lived there for one year. I then moved to The Falls. I have had a few issues, but all were resolved. I don't like the layout of parking and how far the trash is away from the building, but other than that my experience here has been a good one. Obviously, I moved in when I was 21 and I am now 27. My ceiling leaks when it rains, but they come in repair and repaint whenever it happens. My a/c broke last year and they brought me in a brand new one. My toilet over flowed, within 15min they were here to fix it. I have never had any mice or roaches, and trust me I am not the cleanliest of people, if anyone would have them it would be me. I just got married this year and a lot of packages were delieverd to me, I got every single one. I will be moving out this September I live in a studio, and it's just not big enough for my husband and I. The office managment has always been very kind to me. I just cannot even imagine what you guys were doing to make it as bad as you say it was. To people starting out in life, I highly recommend it. Their one and two bedrooms are a little pricey for me, and it's a distance from my husbands and my work. Those are my only reasons for leaving.

That's ok...you can think I need medication or you can think I'm on it. I'm just saying that my experience here has not been a bad one. I am not discrediting your opinions or your experiences here. I am simply telling my thoughts. It could be that my apartment is really close to the office or just the fact that I have lived here so long. I do not know what the reason is that our situations are so different. I just know I have liked it here and I will miss it.
