I have lived at the Falls for about a year and have had no significant problems whatsoever. I have seen none of the bugs or mice that everyone else is posting about. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me. The do have a job to do and guidelines that they have to follow, and all of those of you who say they are rude should probably read their handbook because they are probably breaking the rules. As far as late fees and things like that go, just pay your damn rent on time and you won't have that problem. What is wrong with you people' I will admit that the dumpsters are pretty far away and somewhat inconvenient, but I always just threw my trash in the car and drove it over. Little bit of a hassle, but the rent is very reasonable and the neighbors are friendly enough, although everyone mostly seems to pretty much keep to themselves. Sometimes I could smell weed in some of the hallways, and every hallway seems to have its own smell, but really, the apartments are clean, the amenities are nice and utilities are paid and I have never even come close to using all the utilities that they pay for. Parking isn't perfect, but find me a complex this size where it IS perfect. I have had a few maintenance issues and they were all taken care of within the day that I told them about it. They even came and changed a lightbulb for me since I couldn't reach it easily. I also am personally comforted that they have security walking around in the evenings. It makes me feel much more safe. If you aren't doing anything wrong, why would it bother you that they are around' All in all, I really enjoy living here and I think that you posters that are complaining would probably complain about anywhere you lived. I actually highly recommend living here.

Whoa - talk about a personal attack! I'm glad your experience has been positive, but you seem to be in the minority. Lots of us have had issues! While I don't consider myself a complainer, I have to say that there ARE bugs, and lots of them. There ARE mice droppings, too! Parking is more than somewhat inconvenient for me, hiking through the parking lot, another building, and open space before getting to my building, while carrying a couple of bags of groceries. I ALWAYS pay my rent on time. and have decided that for me it's worth it to pay a little more and have a nicer place. Call me picky, but I'd prefer not to smell weed, urine, and worse as I walk through the buildings.

For me it was NOT a comfort to know that I lived in a place where security needed to walk the halls. It's indicative of the type of reprobate they rent to that security is necessary at all. And FYI I read the handbook cover to cover, several times. It wasn't me who was breaking the rules. Seriously, that place even chased away the anorexic, and SHE is self-destructive! The Falls is a pit, that will inevitably take itself down through the type of person it rents to. I just hope I get to see it.
