In addition to all the other horribleness of living at the Falls I discover that they ripped me off for the deposit! I got a check for less than $17.00 about two weeks after moving out and I set it aside to review my records because I was SURE I paid a deposit when I moved in. I had, but by the time I remembered to go through all the credit card receipts my partner had deposited the check in my account and there is a disclaimer stamped on the back of the check that says you are relinquishing any claims if you deposit this check. Meaning "we get to keep whatever we rip you off for."

So, if you absolutely have to rent from these scumbags keep meticulous records, record every conversation if you can, and take names cause I assure you that you'll hvae to kick some ass to get out of there with your dignity intact.

Anyone who could honestly review this -------- positively has lived their life under the most unimaginably deplorable conditions, and is consigned to live in dumps like this the rest of their lives.
