I've been at the falls for two years. I would agree that SOME of the management has ---- eating grins and lack intelligence. But not all of them. I have a studio and have had some bug problems but that was my fault. Not because of the building.
Any time something broke the maintence would come usually within a couple days. If it was an emergency they would come within a day. They always knocked and would come back later if you needed them to.
The biggest issue i had was getting things in and out of the building (moving in and out). It was a big hassle because the parking lot seemed miles away from my apartment. The other problem I had was the nasty nasty people who were too lazy to pick up after their animals. But I helped reign that in by reporting people as I saw them.
I've had no noise issue at all. The water heater works the best out of all of the different apartments I've been in. It's abit far from work but i don't want to spend another couple hundred for convience :P
I don't understand why people have had such a bad time. I live up on the top floor so I've never had issues with flooding or anything of that sort. I would also say that the people saying there are roaches in the halls are lying and lying badly.
Although there are tons of negetive reviews on here I've seen a big turn around. They recently replaced and repainted all of the balconys and sliding glass doors. There are more helpful staff on hand. The quality of things around here are better then what the reviewers are stating.
my suggestion is this, if you are looking for a swanky upscale apartment with butlers this is not for you! if you are a college student who wants to find a cheap QUIET SAFE place to stay this is it. All utilities included and very very cheap per month cost. It is abit of a drive to places but the cheap rent makes up for it. Parking is its worst feature but don't let it scare you away. People are lazy and don't want to walk places :(
