I move from miami florida to the Falls 3months ago and prior to my move i was getting the "run around" from other apartments. I went to apartment ratings to hopefully get a insight on what i was getting myself into and to avoid my last apartment experience. When i read about The Falls it was nothing but negative reviews. People that wrote them was saying that the there was a lot of crime in the area, roaches everywhere, a lot of noise, and a horrible smell in the hallway. Well if you look up the crime rate in Mission, Kansas you would see that the complaint about the crime is a bunch of B.S. and the reviews talking about the insects problem. The only time i had a problem with insects is when i left my balcony window open and i get the little nets. The noise is the train that passes by but you will get use to it...You rarely see people here because everybody is at work or minding their business and their is no smell in the hallway unless someone is cooking...The staff here is amazing. Down to earth, open minded, caring people( and no i dont work for the fall nor am i a paid review writer). They are hands on if you ever have a problem with your apartment...I recommend the Falls it not the best apartment in the world but it is a long way from being the worst...A very long way!

Not sure what Falls you are talking about, but it isn't the ones in Mission. I had a friend who lived there, and visited her numerous times in her 6-month tenure. My first visit as I enteted the hallway was of an old, musty smell. Roaches were climbing those very walls, and couldn't believe what a dump it was. It's a remodeled motel, and wouldn't advise ANYONE living there.

I certainly hope you aren't working for The Falls or a paid review writer since you can't properly spell and can't use punctuation and grammar correctly. The review you posted is a glowing example of the kind of people The Falls attracts.

WTF??? Not the best in the world but a long way from being the worst? It certainly is the WORST around here. I spent less than 5 minutes looking at the place, and I lost count of how many bugs (roaches, water bugs, etc) I saw. The stench in the hallways was so awful it made my eyes water. Trash everywhere. I didn't see any live mice, only a couple of dead ones, and about 10 pounds of mice droppings. I quickly decided that I needed to be more realistic about what I was willing to pay for rent. The Falls is cheap. That's ALL it has going for it. period.
