I just signed my 3rd lease at the Falls and am very happy. Anytime I have a maintenance issue it is resolved within a couple of days. I never have noise issues and feel that my neighbors are respectful of eachother. It's true that this is not the newest apartment building in town, however you know that before you sign your lease. At the same time, so many changes have been made within the past year to bring all of the areas up to date. The fitness center is perfect for working out, and they just added a huge tv in there.
To be honest most of the reason I moved here was because of the pool. Even that has been upgraded this year with brand new pool furniture. I love to invite my family and friends over to spend the day at the pool.
I don't know why so many people on here are saying they have issues, my opinion is that many of these people probably aren't happy anywhere. I know this is a huge apartment complex and it seems that there are never many openings, so lots of people must be really happy, maybe they just don't get on here to say so.
I would definitly recommend the Falls to anybody looking to stay in Johnson County and not pay a ridiculous amount of money! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I say the sudden plethora of positive reviews means one of two things. Either someone is getting a break on their new lease, or some former trailer resident from Florida finds living in a dwelling without wheels refreshing. Either way the responses can't be truthful. If they are I am very fearful of how they've lived previously. And in a depressed economy like this one, people who work for $11 an hour have little choice in this rental market. Go see for yourself. The Falls is at 6565 Foxridge Dr. overlooking I-35...such a view. I once read that you can tell exactly what kind of complex you're looking at by driving around the parking lot. Be sure you do that, and drive ALL of it. Look at the kinds and age of the cars, their condition, the condition of the pavement etc. You'll come to the correct assumptions.

This person must be living in La La Land. The front staff COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE RUDE when an issue came up with the apartment. The front staff threatened, ignored, and was not attentive to our needs AT ALL. I am in the process of moving my fiance out of this discusting apartment. We started to pack up and SERIOUSLY, not even kidding, found 20 spiders walking all over the apartment. This is not even counting the 60 floor bugs (don't know what they are) that accumulate on the floor and need to be vacumed up every 4 days. This place is DISCUSTING! Anyone who states there is not a bad bug problem is either staff, management, or blind.

I think if your so upset and you have to use large caps on a word you should at least spell it right - DISGUSTING - is what you meant I believe. I guess it's a good thing you're moving, just makes room for more intelligent, awesome neighbors!! Further more, I have nothing negative to say about the office staff. It sounds as though you probably didn't pay your rent and now are coming up with reasons to blame other people. I've never had "problems" with my rent, but that's also because I have always paid it on time:)

HEY!! I, too, think the Falls is DISGUSTING! Before you insult someone else (because they disagree with you) - check your own post. "your so upset" should be YOU'RE, and "further more" is one word when used to mean in addition to. Are YOU one of the intelligent, awesome neighbors one can expect if they ignore the 73% of raters who wouldn't recommend the Falls and move into that dump?
