This place is so nasty! When I moved in I signed a 6 month lease and my rent was $380 for a studio and since I had just got divorced I thought that was a great deal. The girls in the office are like ok, depends on who you talk to. After my lease was up they wanted to jack up my rent from $380 to something like $500 something..what a joke! Here is my honest opinion on that place.

1. The place really smells bad! When I moved in you could tell they literally did a major "air freshening" to make it smell good but the carped is so rank the rancid smell comes back very soon.

2. People there are so trashy! They say they run a credit check but with all the nasties running around there I don't see how in the world that could be true.

3. People leave their garbage around everywhere! Its not uncommon to see trash in the stairways, cigarette buts just laying on the floor in the hallways and mice are everywhere. I have mice dropping all over under my sink....classy!

4. When I first moved in the said "ohh we never have problem with crime" That's funny because I see police there all the time and they are not there so simply check up on things. Rather they are constantly there for domestic abuse, theft, druge, you name is they have it. They even have this sketchy latino guy who constantly walks around trying to sell you a bootled of his movies/CD's.

The only good thing about that place is that they have garaged parking if you want to pay for that and I must admit it is nice to have that. Watch out because the girls up front are pain on commission and they will say anything to get you to sign a lease.

Ohh and the laundry facility is totally gross. The washer are tiny and they charge something like $2 per load. It will take you forever since they are so small and they don't even work good at all. I used them 1 time and my cloths came out just as dirty as they went it. I"d never move there again and was very excited to move out

I'm living in the hell hole right now and COMPLETELY agree with everything you just said!!!! we're moving out at the end of this month and i'm even breaking my lease and taking my losses because this place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!

Couldn't agree more! This is one nasty place to live, only slightly better than living in a cardboard box under a bridge somewhere (maybe - some days I'm not even sure about that)! I don't even know what I dislike the most - the looong walk from the parking lot, the disgusting hallways, the sketchy neighbors, or the worthless office staff. My advice - save up some money & pay a little more, move in with your folks, get a roommate, whatever, but DO NOT repeat DO NOT make the mistake of moving here!
