Good value - decent!

I have lived here for six years. For the price it?s not bad. Kitchens are spacious. Apts have W/D hookups, fireplaces, balcony. They accept small pets. Rent is raised about 10 dollars a year.
Parking is ok. Covered (reserved) spots are 25 a month. If you dont get one you may have to walk a little to your place.
Noise level is fine....no problems.
Grounds are well-kept and look nice.
Safety is good except during the day about twice a month door to door scam artists.
Maintenance responds in an appropriate time for the problem....in an emerg they will come by at all hours of the night.
Office staff is ok...they change out frequently.
Big problem is the water. You need to be like spiderman clinging to the walls when taking a shower. Goes from ok, to scalding to ice in seconds without adjusting anything.
Then they have problems cause they shut down that water for hours every other week. Supposedly this week they are changing the whole water system and it will be better. I see major efforts going on toward this end so hopefully it will improve.
Overall its nice and reasonably priced.
