I lived at Foxfire for 2 years and overall had a good experience. It's a nice, quiet area and I've never had any problems with the neighbors. I've had very few maintenance problems but when I have called, the problem is fixed right away. The only complaint that I have is the water problem we had in the past. In order to fix the changing water temp, they had to turn off the water on MANY occasions for hours at a time. During one of those times the water was to be turned off at 9:00 am; however, instead it was turned off at 6:15 am...right in the middle of my shower!! The water problem was a huge inconvenience since every other day you didn't know if you'd have any water when you returned from work. Once the repairs everything was fine.

The office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. This is definitely a great place to live at a great price. The one suggestion I would make to them is to build a bigger pool.
