Friendly...until you need something done...

Apartments are okay, and staff is nice...until you are under lease and something needs fixing...then the staff can be horribly rude, and flat-out refuse to address problems. Also, the parking lot frequently fills to capacity at night, requiring you to park very far from your building. During the day and evening, parking is okay.
