Foxfire is not the most luxurious, but I have lived there comfortably for almost 2 years. My apartment is in pretty good shape, but I have seen others that are less desirable. Make sure you see the one you would occupy before you sign a lease.

I've had no problems with maintanance to speak of. I've had my A/C die on Sunday of a holiday Weekend and there were workers there within an hour of my call. I generally get a follow-up call to see if my problems were taken care of.

Parking does get scarce at night, which can be an irritation.

Overall though, this place is a good deal. It's in a good location, in a nice neighborhood, and is well-maintained for the most part. A great value if you are looking for a decent apartment without excessive frills.
