The jury is still out...

Foxfire has some crazy guidelines for income qualifications. I fell just $100 short a month of the 3 times the rent requirement and my parents didn't make 7 times the rent, so I had to find a second co-signer. They said that commissioned income didn't count. Do you know a lot of people who make $4500 a month and aren't in sales' At 22, I don't. Parking sucks at night. Don't expect to park within 6 buildings of your apartment. I have found the office staff to be nice, but not always helpful. One girl in particular is especially moronic. When someone tried to break into my apartment, I requested that they install a chain on my door to make me feel safer. I've never lived in an apartment that DIDN'T have a chain. They told me that they would install it, but I'd have to pay for it. As if I don't already pay enough. I also find that the maintenance people like to start work early--at around 8 am on Saturday morning--on my roof. Talk about magnifying your Friday night hangover.
Overall, it's been okay, but I don't think I'll stay a second year.
