Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
In reality, this place is just decent. That's it. It's not the ghetto, but it's not anything special. Don't expect any frills. Don't expect the most quality of people. Don't expect the manager to be nice at all. This is THE definition of basic housing.
