I've had no major problems while living here.I had an ant and brown recluse spider problem, but it was taken care of the day I called management about it. I live on the first floor and the only sounds I've heard from the neighbors are children running around on the floor above me. I've never heard anything from neighbors next to me. The place isn't perfect. Some walls and ceilings have cracks and painted-over water stains. The cabinets are dark brown and ugly and need an update. And like many places, they charge a ridiculous monthly pet "rent" along with a pet deposit. It makes no sense.
