I have never been at a place where the leasing office would treat their best occupants like dirt. Me and my wife have been here for almost 2 years and we have paid rent on time in full every month. The first time we had a problem, we actually got charged a late fee and its because THEY couldn't find the check. Me and my wife recently had a daughter and when we returned from the hospital only to find that someone had done some repair work and entered our apartment with no notice. Then we noticed our babie's clothes missing. When we called about the incident, they said they had no work order. Not only that the place was cheaply built, I don't trust the maintainence personel to allow them to work on our problems. I'll wait until we are about to move so we can safeguard our stuff.
If you treat a good renter like this... I can only imagine how you treat the bad ones
