Parking sucks but plenty of hot college girls

Office messed up my apartment number until day I moved in I thought I was in another apartment that I looked at. Not a big deal to me.
Last winter ice damage to roof leaked water all over the front wall of my living room and it took them over a month to patch the 1 foot square hole in my ceiling. And they never cleaned my carpet like they said they would.
Parking is terrible if you get home after 11PM the entire complex is packed. I would suggest get a carport.
The entire complex is basically college kids so if you want scenery they have it.
