I don't even know where to begin! Our roof leaks and floods the apartment every time it rains. And when it floods the maintenance takes 3 days to come by and look at the problem. And then they say they fixed it when they didn't even do a thing. There are cracks and water stains everywhere. Our ceiling looks like it is going to collapse because of all of the popcorn they have caked up there to cover the stains and cracks. The apartment they show you is not at all what you are going to get. The parking is horrible. I park in the complex next to us every day because I can't find a spot in the Foxfire lot. The management is incompetent. They put us on the wrong wait list twice. They can not keep track of how much different peoples rent is and if they have paid it or not. They try to sneak out of the terms of your lease. I had a carport for 3 months and suddenly someone else started parking in it. When I complained they told me they accidently gave it to someone else and they did not have another one for me. Then they still demanded that I pay for it! I could go on and on, but the main point is stay far away.
