I have lived at Foxfire for a little under a year now. With the exception of the apartment complex being older, it is not that bad of a place to live. I have a carport and choose not to use it because there is always regular parking right outside of my door. Parking has never been an issue. Maintance requests have always been takin care of within the next day or so. My main complant is that when your lease is up for renewal they do raise rent a considerable amount, otherwise I would of resigned my lease.
