My husband and I stumbled upon Foxfire a year and a half ago when we were moving to Kansas City and decided to try it for a year. We have very few complaints after being here twenty months... especially for the low price and great location right off I-35. We have had no problems with noise and have never parked far from our building due to a lack of parking spaces. We live at one end of the complex which could help with the parking situation. We've had a few minor maintenance issues but the staff always came and fixed it within a few days. The only complaint I have is concerning the seals on the doors and windows. A lot of heat and cold leak out so we cover the windows with a transparent window film during the winter to keep our electricity bill down. For the price, Foxfire is a great deal. I'm sorry to read the reviews of other people who've had such a horrible time here because that has not been our experience.
