It's not horrible. Just make sure you are able to fulfill your entire lease agreement. They do not sublet. I am taking a job in another state and there's absolutely nothing I can do about it.
So beware on that aspect. it's costing me a fortune to get out of my lease.
the 1 br townhome is laid out funny. hard to have company over, the doorway is very tight.
maintenance is very good and quick
office staff are friendly
lighting is poor outside
i haven't stuck around long enough to know if the pool is clean or not.
rent is cheap, close to highways.
water is backwards. hot is on the left, cold is on the right...go figure.
everything in there is very old...needs to be renovated, but it works good enough.
i just learned there's tennis courts and a gazebo.
parking is a little tight, so pay the extra 25 bucks and get a car port..VERY helpful.
so it's a mediocre place, nothing horrible.
