Save yourself the heartache and move somewhere else! The office staff are SWEET as can be when you are moving in, but once you've signed that lease forget about getting a warm welcome when walking into that office. If you have a problem with the office bring your defences cause the office manager is Quick to jump to a conclusion long before you've even finished explaining the issue. They fired the only competent maintenance man they have and hired a couple of morons to replace him and accompany the only existing moron maintenance technician. If you call in a work order...just go ahead and call three times in a row cause that is how many times they will have to come back to actually fix the problem. Parking sucks if you get home after 7 on ANY day! Watch out which tree you park under.....some of them leak watery sap from the branches and leaves your car a real sticky mess. Pay close attention to the ammenities listed. There ARE NOT ANY! Ok, they have a pool....but it is small and very shallow! Also pretty dangerous if you have small children, because of the wall drop off from the baby pool to the deeper part. And they mention a gazebo and tennis court....only if you want to play with the snakes! The tennis court looks like it hasn't been worked on in years and is backed up to the woods. Thats it! Happy apartment hunting! :)I found a MUCH better place to live!
