I have lived in this complex for two years now. The first year wasn't bad, my only problem was parking...gonna happen at every apartment complex. This second year has been hell. They promoted the senior leasing agent to property manager and this woman has been nothing but snooty and rude since day one. They've claimed I paid my rent late twice in the last three months and then acted like they were doing me a favor by waiving late fees (this was the first I'd heard of any rent checks being late and it was two months after the fact!). Wouldn't you like to know that you rent was considered late when they noticed it' instead they put on this big charade and act like they moved mountains to waive fees that should've never been assessed to begin with! they take forever fixing things and the girls they hire to answer the phones are incredibly rude. My locks were jammed and wouldn't lock because they had been doing power washing around the complex..apparently some idiot thought the inside of my door handle needed to be cleaned out too. the inside completely rusted out and when I called to complain she suggested that I fix it myself!!!! ISN'T THAT WHY WE PAY ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNTS TO LIVE IN APARTMENTS'''' MAINTENANCE IS THERE FOR A REASON! if you can't tell I WOULD NOT!! I REPEAT!! WOULD NOT!! recommend this place to ANYONE!
